Hi, I’m Carol
I work with individuals who have spent a long time holding more than they should have had to carry—often in relationships or environments that left them feeling unseen, uncertain, and disconnected from themselves.
Many of the people I sit with are used to being the strong one.
The one who keeps things together.
The one who pushes through.
But underneath that strength, there’s often a quieter experience:
confusion
self-doubt
emotional exhaustion
a sense of having lost part of themselves along the way
If that’s where you find yourself, you’re not alone.
My Path to This Work
My work is shaped both by professional training and by lived experience.
I understand what it’s like to question your reality, to carry more than your share in a relationship, and to slowly lose your sense of clarity and self-trust.
I also understand what it takes to begin finding your way back.
In addition, my connection to the military community has given me a deep respect for the unique challenges that come with that life—the transitions, the uncertainty, the emotional strain that often goes unseen, and the ways it can impact both individuals and relationships.
These experiences inform how I sit with my clients:
steadily, without judgment, and with a deep respect for what they’ve been through.
How I Work
I don’t approach this work from a place of fixing.
I sit with you.
I listen carefully.
I help you make sense of what you’ve been carrying.
And together, we begin to untangle what feels confusing or overwhelming.
My work is trauma-informed, relational, and paced in a way that honors your nervous system—not pushes past it.
In our work together, you can expect:
• A space where you can speak openly, without needing to filter or explain everything perfectly
• Support in recognizing patterns—both in relationships and within yourself
• Guidance in reconnecting with your own voice, needs, and internal clarity
• A steady presence as you begin to rebuild trust in yourself
What This Work Leads Toward
Over time, many clients begin to notice a shift.
Not all at once—but gradually.
More clarity in how they think and make decisions
Less self-doubt and second-guessing
A stronger sense of boundaries and internal steadiness
A renewed connection to who they are, outside of the roles they’ve been carrying
This work isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about returning to yourself.
A Final Note
